With an exchange and return service, is the perfect website for purchasing goods for yourself or gifts.

You can return products ordered on within 14 (fourteen) days following the delivery date in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice. Returns charges are to be paid by the customer.

How can I return or exchange a product ordered on

You can return/exchange any item purchased from within 14 (fourteen) days after the delivery date. The item must be in its original packaging and with its receipt. The return is at your expense.

Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, Aessai will not accept returned products that have been altered from their original status, worn or damaged. Please note Aessai do not refund the original cost of shipping the product to you.
